The short version
GapFoundry Labs does not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or set nonessential cookies. If the problem form is not connected to a processing endpoint, pressing submit does not transmit your answers; the site clearly asks you to email instead.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us or use a configured problem-submission form, we receive the information you provide. The form asks about a workflow, its current handling, frequency, impact, your email address, an optional name, and whether you permit a follow-up conversation.
Please do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, government identification numbers, confidential client data, or other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
We use submitted information to understand recurring business problems, evaluate research themes, respond to the sender, and arrange a follow-up only when permission was given. A submission does not create a customer relationship or guarantee that a product will be built.
Form processing
The production site can be configured to send form data to a separate form-processing endpoint. When no endpoint is configured, the form remains local to your browser and presents an email fallback instead of claiming success.
Before enabling a third-party processor, GapFoundry Labs will review its privacy terms and update this policy to identify the provider and any relevant data location or retention details.
Hosting logs and analytics
The web host may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to serve and secure the site. GapFoundry Labs has not added an analytics or advertising service. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled later, this policy will be updated first.
Retention and sharing
Research submissions and emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the problem, continue an agreed conversation, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate email, hosting, or a configured form endpoint.
Your choices
You can decline follow-up in the form. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete information you previously submitted, subject to any record we must retain for legal reasons.
